Returns & Exchanges: Unless otherwise specified in the Product Page, all our pieces are made-to-measure and are tailor made specifically for you, as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any piece purchased.
Washing Instructions: All our garments are DRY CLEAN ONLY. These care instructions given are for delicate fabrics in general, however, DAL does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged at home or by laundromats.
Changes to Existing Orders: Orders placed on the website may not be changed or amended after the order is placed.
Alterations: Any request for alteration shall be made by the client personally at one of our stores. Although alterations are free of charge, DAL reserves the right to charge for alterations in the manner it deems appropriate and upon the customer’s prior approval in case of repetitive alteration requests on the same piece. Alterations requests will not be made unless full payment is received (if any).
Repairs: Any request for repair shall be made by the client personally at one of our stores. DAL reserves the right to charge for repairs in the manner it deems appropriate and upon the customer’s prior approval. Repair requests will not be made unless full payment is received.
Accuracy and Completeness: All clients assume responsibility for ensuring the information and measurements entered on the website are true and accurate. DAL will not accept any returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
Purchase from Third Party: DAL does not accept any returns, exchanges, alterations or repair requests on any DAL product sold by third parties.
